The 26th meeting of TC250/SC7 (the Eurocode 7 committee) was held on the following dates:

Where can I stay while in Cambridge - are there rooms at Madingly Hall?
We have reserved 31 rooms (18 single/13 twin) at Madingley Hall for the evenings of Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th March. There are approximately 10 rooms available for the evening of Tuesday 22nd and 5 rooms avaiable for Friday 25th (for those wishing to extend their stay). Rooms on Tuesday have sold out. We will provide alternative rooms in central Cambridge.
If you want to reserve a room at Madingley Hall, please do so as soon as possible, using the form that can be downloaded from here. We will allocate rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment for the rooms must be made to Geocentrix Ltd, in whose name the reservations have been made, in advance of the meeting.
Prices (for bed and breakfast) are as follows:
Single room (single occupancy) with en-suite: £78 (including VAT) per night
Twin room (double occupancy) with en-suite: £108 (including VAT) per night
Lunch on Thursday and Friday will be provided free of charge; as will the conference dinner on Thursday evening.

By train
From central London: catch a train from London, King's Cross. For times of trains from London to Cambridge, visit the National Rail enquiries website.
To get to King's Cross from London Heathrow (LHR) airport: go by underground.
To get to King's Cross from London Gatwick (LGW) airport: take a train from Gatwick to London Victoria, then the underground from London Victoria to London King's Cross.
